Job Summary & Specific Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The incumbents will be responsible for preparing and delivering trainings in the field of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operation, Quality and Personal Productivity Skills

Specific Responsibilities:

• Go through a 7 day comprehensive TOT and Customization Workshop to be conducted by IFC-World Bank
• Prepare and conduct training programs in the field of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operation, Quality and Personal Productivity skills.
• Assess training needs of the target audience
• Deploy training to targeted individuals.
• Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
• Conduct presentations and webinars.
• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
• Continuously enhance instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content.
• Maintain records of training related documents

Qualifications / Experience

• 01-year of experience in conducting management training workshops.
• 02-Years Practical/Management Experience
• Sound educational Background in following  subjects areas: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Economics, Quality Management, Operations and Personal Productivity
• Mobility, travel across the country is required.
