URDO Urgently required the services of highly motivated, professional and skilled candidates for its Health project funded by CESSD to be executed in district Nowshera with following credentials:

Job Title: Capacity Development Officer [CDO] (F)

Positions: 1 (Female)

Location: Nowshera

Essential Qualifications, experience and skills:                               

• B.A / BSc
• Excellent communication, facilitation and listening skills and be a good coordinator and delegateor of responsibilities.
• At least 2 years’ experience in mobilization and supporting capacity building initiatives at community level preferably in health sector
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrated communication and personnel
• Management skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Able and willing to travel on need basis
• Best MS Office Skills and computer literacy
