Report To: Operations Coordinator
BACKGROUND:
An international media development organization seeks applications from qualified candidates to join a dynamic team to support the management and operations of public information media development programs.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall cleaning (dusting) of office
- To carry out the necessary daily cleaning of desks and rooms before office startup
- To take care and look after of office outside area cleanings on daily basis
- To clean hygienically office floor and back side of the office area including office garden
- To take care of market visit to bring supplies if needed
- Inform about damage to building or equipment, installations (minor/major) immediately to supervisor
- Responsible for kitchen overall maintenance and cleaning
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- At least Middle/Matriculation education is required
- Ability to communicate in reasonable level
- Above average verbal and written communications skills
- Possess 2 years’ experience, preferably in development sector.
- Should be flexible and able to work after office timings when required
- Should be a good team player
