ERP Coordinator shall be responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of company's ERP system at the Project Office Islamabad in coordination with Senior Manager ERP based at Lahore. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, migrating and maintaining disaster recovery and backups. S/he will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to resolve the issues related to the implementation/functioning of ERP system in the project.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the ERP configuration at the Project Office Islamabad as a Super User.
  • Provide first level support to end users and coordinate with respect to the resolution of problems on second tier support from ERP vendor.
  • Perform testing of system functionalities and report in case of any discrepancy; coordinate with ERP Manager / vendor to resolve the issues / bugs.
  • Analyze reporting requirements of the users and the senior management and provide system generated dynamic reports, including the reports generated through SQL queries. Develop customized reports templates in Report Writer, Excel Add-On or by using executive dashboards. Provide relevant training to end users in reports generation / extraction.
  • Coordinate with departments to conduct training programs.
  • Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the ERP system; install and configure patches and upgrades as required.
  • Prepare and deliver activity and progress reports for presentation to the executive management.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably with a major in business administration, computer information systems, management information systems, or other related field.

Specific Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least 7 years’ direct experience of administering and deploying ERP applications, out of which 3 years’ experience should be in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions.
  • Technically fluent in relational database administration, including MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase or similar large-scale relational databases.
  • Knowledge of business processes of finance, procurement, HR and other related functions.
  • Experience in preparing training material and delivering trainings and orientations professionally.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
