Position - General Requirements and Description:
Under the USAID Power Distribution Program, assistance is being provided to Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) in various functional areas in an effort to reduce losses and enhance revenues. Included in this is a plan to introduce and implement Enterprise Resource Planning – HR Information System at PESCO. For this purpose, employee data will be extracted from various sources and input to a database. (This data will be picked up by the ERP-HRIS consultant for its use).
The incumbent will be responsible for performing data analysis and entry work using a computer and appropriate recommended software, entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information recorded, while maintaining confidentiality.

The appointment of this position is initially for 3 months and is extendable on monthly basis maximum up to 6 months. The position is Peshawar based but may require travelling in KPK province.
