Relevant Experience:

-An advanced degree in social sciences with minimum of 10 years experience in managing programmes in areas of democracy, gender, governance and accountability

-Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and complex operations across multiple organizations

-A strong background in corporate governance issues, personnel management and organizational risk mitigation

-Experience in strategy development including work planning and activity budgeting

-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Urdu languages; knowledge of other local languages would be an advantage;

Job Description:

-Ensure quality assurance, VFM and programme compliance across the programme

-Oversee all programme staff for regular reporting on all activities and advisory services provided by MO to implementing partners

-Directly supervise, tasks and manage the technical advisors and specialist(s) for programme support

-Serve as the Team Leader’s advisor on all programme related issues and matters with DFID, Partners and resource partners, etc. 

-Jointly with Head of Operations, ensure regular drafting and compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as indicated by the Team Leader
