Relevant Experience:

Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and advocacy framework contributing to the programme outputs
-Develop and implement behaviour change communication strategy particularly factoring in gender concerns and issues of excluded groups
-Supervision and quality assurance of all communication and advocacy materials
-Supervision of communication team at management organization and short term technical assistants for tasks related to communication and advocacy
-Guide implementing partners to develop communication and advocacy campaigns and interact with mass media for effective delivery of programme’s messages
Qualifications:
-An advanced degree in social sciences/media & communication with minimum of 8 years experience in relevant field
-Proven ability to design and implement communication and advocacy frameworks and plans in governance programmes
-Experience of working with national/international organizations and donor agencies
-Excellent verbal and written communication and report writing skills in English/Urdu
