Gender Advisor
An international non-governmental organization (INGO) is seeking to hire Gender Advisor for its Community Mobilization Program in Sindh (CMP). The Gender Advisor will be responsible for mainstreaming gender through all program activities, facilitating and supporting the integration of gender prospective within overall program strategic planning and programming. The Gender Advisor will provide technical leadership and support to the Senior Management Team on gender equality programming. S/He will Identify gaps and assess the quality and effectiveness of gender mainstreaming within the CMP program. Provide guidance to CMP field staff on incorporating gender perspectives into their process and practice including training programs. S/He will provide advise on integrating gender perspectives within CMP assessment tools and training materials and on devising specific gender components. Contribute inputs to Quarterly and Yearly reports on the subject.This position will be based in Karachi and will require travel in different locations of Sindh province.
