Description:
 

Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the corporate marketing strategy and brand messages.
  • Gain deep knowledge of assigned targets and keep pulse on competitive landscape to immediately recognize and address competitive threats based on channel insights.
  • Partner with field sales leaders to gain deep knowledge of selling cycle and represent their interest in all strategic marketing planning and execution.
  • Develop best practices and continually improve internal processes to maximize sales enablement activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns to meet acquisition and retentions goals for field and inside sales managers.
  • Design custom presentations and accompany sales leaders on key account meetings including RFP support as needed.
  • Design tiered promotional programs based on customer segmentation to drive leads through the pipeline from first contact to close.
  • Own tradeshow, print and direct mail initiatives and partner closely with marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are fully integrated.
  • To ensure adoption and effectiveness of marketing initiatives including correct use of presentation materials, promotions, pricing strategies, tracking and reporting.
  • Develop database marketing and sales strategies including account prospecting, reporting and analysis.
  • To ensure that appropriate performance information is available to report to Senior Management Team on performance against business objectives and financial targets

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have Master in Marketing/Social Sciences, 1+ years of Business development, sales, marketing and marketing communications experience including demonstrated leadership on marketing and sales strategy (not just the leadership of executing), as well as analytical ability with influencing others on direction. The ideal candidate should be;
  • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
  • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with demands and to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills  
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
  • Ability to travel internationally as well as with in the country.
