Assistant Director - (Commercial
Affairs) Executive Grade
(EG-II)

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 16 years of education in Accounts / Finance / Economics / Data Sciences or related discipline from HEC recognized institution with minimum five (05) years post-qualification related experience.

Candidate should possess following skills and expertise:

• Reviewing and analyzing tariffs / pricing and related regulatory frameworks
• Handling of commercial / economic issues and market studies 
• Dealing with issues related to competition and market behaviors
• Evaluation of value added service proposals 
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge pertaining to pricing, market assessments and competition
• Ability to exhibit analytical skills on different telecom topics 
• Ability to express its ideas regarding innovation in ICT services
• Knowledge about new technologies 
• Ability to use analytics / technology  for sound decision making, initiatives and operations
• Ability to carry out communication, written and verbal, at all organizational levels
• Ability to manage the processes related to compliance by following regulatory guidelines

Candidates having higher relevant qualifications, exceptionally good academic record and relevant experience will be preferred.
