Responsibilities:

  • Establish Sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region and profit for current and new products.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing
  • Strategize sales plan to retain sustain and up left the national sales of the brands with multiple categories in general trade, modern trade B2B, commercial and other related segments of the market.
  • Maintain sales volume, products mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends economic indicators and competitors.
  • Ensure target are delivered through Human resources management performance review reward and individual recognition.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors in the market.

Requirements:

 Minimum 10-15 Years of experience

Minimum 5 Years’ experience in handling sales on a country level.
