Job Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Assist in the designing of survey questionnaires and data collection instruments for the conducting baseline/end-line, KAP surveys, impact studies, mid-term and end-line evaluations etc.
- Prepare manual for the guidance and instruction of survey interviewers.
- Provide statistical analysis and input on Organization’s programme data to draw key findings for progress reporting, monitoring, evaluations, research studies, impact studies, fact sheets, annual reports and other communication and reporting products.
- Provide timely qualitative and quantitative input for quality progress reporting for Organization's programmes/projects to the Board of Directors (BoD), donors and other stakeholders.
- Quality management of beneficiary database of the assigned programmes/projects.
- Review and quality assurance of data-input by Partner Oragnizations in MIS and provide timely and specific feedback to the operation units for the corrective measures.
- Identify opportunities for research and learning.
- Develop capacity building and development plans for Partner Organization’s.
Job Requirements:
- At least 16 years of education or Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/ Business Administration / Public Administration from a HEC recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Research field with reputable national and international organization.
- Well versed in data analysis tools and software such as SPSS, MS Access, and MS Excel.
- Experience in calculation of IRR, FRR, ERR of social development interventions will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Supervision and management skills of data collection/entry teams.
