Post title: Mobilizer
Report to: Marketing and communication Officer
JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent shall be responsible for community mobilization and enrolment of youth in different training programs under the project. He/She will also responsible to take follow up and coordiatio9n with parents/guardians about the regularity of the youth in daily training sessions.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Establish Initial contact with youth for introduction of project.
- Ensure the induction of targeted marginalized trainees as per set target.
- Collect necessary baseline information about the target community and area.
- Mobilize and motivate the youth to actively participate in trainings and acquired skills for economic empowerment.
- Ensure timely support to the training and placement staff for smooth implementation of the project activities.
- Conduct social survey as and when required or asked by the management.
- To deal with community as front-line contact and provide full support to the training, placement and admin staff for smooth implementation of the project.
- Develop and maintain all necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
- Develop relevant information as required by project coordinator and project team.
- Develop marketing Intelligence information and suggest workable solutions to increase the intake.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 14 years of education
- Minimum three-year experience in social mobilization
- Good verbal and written communication
- Command on MS office
- Fluency in Pashto
