Position Objectives:

Implementation of   PHC/Immunization Program, Provision of Quality Medicines in project operational areas.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

Implementation of  PHC Program

2

Coordinate/support  Baluchistan for assessment of gap in the area of health and preparation of the plan of action, log frames, budgeting and finalize the master proposal.

Analysis of financial and activity Reports of program

4

Prepare Monthly Progress reports compiled on the base of reports received from branches and submit to PMER department

5

Ensure timely completion of activities as per approved POA, budget lines according to IFRC guidelines workout and finalize program re-appropriations

Security of financial reports and processing for approval/reimbursement

7

Active recourse mobilization/ utilization for PHC services at the facility level

8

Conduct joint monitoring visit as per plans

Ensure the quality of  Medical products to be supplied to supported Health Units

11

Any Other task assigned by PRCS Management.

Education

MBBS from PMDC recognized University.

Preference will be given to candidates having the degree of MPH

Experience

Having the 5 years’ experience of Development and Implementation of Primary and Secondary health care program, Health systems  & Immunization

Skills/Knowledge

PHC Program development and implementation tools.
