- National and Sub-national Government Strengthening
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a field related to the above development needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing donor-funded development projects, experience with USAID is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with host-country government officials.
- Experience working in post-conflict and transition countries.
