Quality Control Officer RBDC (Morning Shift)

 (Note: No age limit, Contract-based post)

1)      To coordinate with authorities and to ensure timely reporting of lab test results.

2)      To ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

3)      To monitor department environment while ensuring cleanliness in the department.

4)      To resolve any technical issue of all machinery well within time.

5)      To work in team with spirit of great coordination.

6)      To communicate with other team members through modern mediums of communication as and when required

7)      To monitor & maintain inventory system/ stock registers.

8)      To ensure quality and calibration of kits, instruments, samples and other accessories used for testing.

9)      To timely report any incident in the department to the higher authorities & ensure its proper documentation as required.

10)  To perform all types of authorized testing on machines.

11)  To be responsible to conduct/process samples under the Standard Operating Procedures.

12)  To complete required training within specified timeframe.

13)  To stay knowledgeable in procedures and methods performed.

14)  To initiate self-training, through reading current literature, technical papers, publishing technical papers.

15)  To read and comply with standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and work instructions.

16)  To ensure that all tests are performed with calibrated equipment, using a standard test method, under the required environmental conditions and by qualified staff members who are able to supervise and to perform on their own.

17)  To ensure completion of all tasks relating to the quality assurance techniques planned by Lab authorities.

18)  To ensure completion and safe handling of documents and records relating to Quality Assurance activities.

19)  Capacity building in Quality Control and being responsible for technical “Controls” of all sections.

20)  Being responsible administratively as well in absence or leave of Officer- In charge RBDC.

21)  In case of any leave, his replacement will have to perform ALL of the above functions, so he/she may train the replacement for above tasks.

22)  Following all work-related orders of seniors efficiently and effectively, and showing compliance and tendency for professional growth.

JDs of Marketing Officer (Timings equivalent to Morning Shift)

 (Note: No age limit, Contract-based post)

1)      Understanding the technical details of RBDC & Diagnostic Lab necessary for marketing purpose

2)      Maximizing the workload of laboratory testing by any creative ideas or acceptable, legal new means

3)      Working in accordance with the principles of Pakistan Red Crescent

4)      Daily on-bike surveillance and visits of clinics, labs, hospitals and any other source of lab tests

5)      Daily reporting to Officer-In charge about number of samples procured etc.

6)      Following Key Performance Indicators of Job

7)      IN CASE an emergency leave has to be taken, he will convince another technician of similar capacity to give duty in his place.

8)      Coordinating with the Media department to make new pamphlets, ICT material and all printing relating material by coming up with good designs

9)      Designing and personally implementing media campaigns of every nature

10)  Following all work-related orders of seniors efficiently and effectively, and showing compliance and tendency for professional growth.

JDs of Medical Officer (Morning Shift)

 (Note: No age limit, Contract-based post)

1)      He will be utilized in the Donor Recruitment section for increased coordination with organizations for blood camping

2)      He will keep all record maintained for Donor Recruitment section within RBDC

3)      He will be required to travel on personal vehicle to Dispensary of PRC PHQ (15 minutes away from PHQ) to dispense second half of his office time there as M.O

4)      He will be supervising all medical and tech. administration of Dispensary

5)      Weekly and monthly reporting of Dispensary affairs will be made to PBHO

6)      He will be responsible for generating all new demands for stock maintenance of Dispensary medicines etcetera

7)      IN CASE an emergency leave has to be taken, he will convince another employee of similar capacity to give duty in his place.

8)      In case of any leave, his replacement will have to perform ALL of the above functions, so he may train his replacement for above tasks.

9)      He will be required to work with team spirit and according to the principles of Pakistan Red Crescent.

10)  Following all work-related orders of seniors efficiently and effectively, and showing compliance and tendency for professional growth.
