Position Objectives:
|
|
To support Assistant Director IT in daily IT related issues, mainly to support GPS based real time android application all over the Pakistan for RFL and FA Programs.
|

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

|
Administration, Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of GPS based Real Time Android Application all over Pakistan.
|
|
2
|
Administration, Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of web Based Dashboard System Supporting the GPS based Real Time.
|
|
3
|
Administration and Customization of all reports of Dashboard System.
|
|
4
|
Provide Technical Support to the Officers deployed in the field.
|
|
5
|
Assist Assistant Director IT in day to day IT/Networks Troubleshooting
|
|
6
|
Assist Assistant Director IT in Database & Servers Management
|
|
7
|
To brief and train end-users in the NHQ as well as in the branches on the systems (hardware/software) and provide assistance related to ICT systems.
|

8
|
Keeps up to date record of ICT related inventory and assists in stock management.
|
|

|
Assists in dispatch, allocation and repair of ICT equipment.
|
|
10
|
Assist Assistant Director IT in implementing new projects. Extended administrative support will be required during the deployment of ERP in the PRCS.

|
Installation and Configuration of ICT Equipment.
|
|
12
|
Website development and Managing/Updating the PRCS Official website.
|
|
13
|
Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager.

Education
|
|
Masters/ BS (4 years) degree in Computer Science from HEC recognized Institution /University.
|
|
Experience
|
|
03 years professional working experience in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) field.
|
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
|
PRCS Volunteers & Candidates having experience in GPS based android monitoring & reporting application along-with dashboards handling, Computer Programming, database, system support and network will be given preference.
|
|
Travelling
|
|
Willing to Travel in Branches as per need.
|
|
