Job Purpose:

Perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests or staff. Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Clean kitchen at the start of the day.
  • Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc).
  • Delivers and serves lunch, tea & water to General Manager, Director, Managers & staff and faculty members as per their requirements.
  • Preparing and serving tea and coffee to guests.
  • Assists in tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
  • Inspect and turns on Air Conditioning and Multimedia.
  • Arrange seats, organize and prepares the meeting hall as and when needed.
  • Maintains & keep the office environment fresh.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, its equipment and furniture.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock and report to Admin officer.
  • Any other tasks assigned by his supervisor.

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience required:

  • Minimum Primary level Education.
  • Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
  • Should be sincere and trustworthy
