QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s preferably Master’s degree in human resource management or in related discipline
  • Knowledge of Recruitment and new hiring procedure  
  • Knowledge of Record keeping       
  • Ability to organise work schedule on regular basis and flexibility; discrete and respectful to confidentiality          
  • Good Team player and motivated to work in remote and uncertain environment respecting standard operating procedures as devised and instructed.
  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential: Minimum of 1 years related work experience preferably with I/NGOs

Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE:

 

The role holder will be expected to work in HR depertment and will support Sr. Coordinator HR & OD in day to day HR activities and tasks.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

 

Reports to: Sr. Coordinator HR & OD

Role:

 

Recruitment/New Hire Process:

  • Assist in recruitments & onboarding process
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Assist background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files Preparing new employee files
  • Assist in orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoice
  • Assist Coordination with procurement, Admin and Finance on matters related to HR

Filing, Record Keeping and staff Database:

  • Assist filling and maintaining HR Files & databases
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Assist in maintaining records related to grievances and performance reviews
  • Completing terminate Worksheet and assisting with exist interview
