Role:
Recruitment/New Hire Process:
- Assist in recruitments & onboarding process
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Assist background and reference checks are completed
- Preparing new employee files Preparing new employee files
- Assist in orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoice
- Assist Coordination with procurement, Admin and Finance on matters related to HR
Filing, Record Keeping and staff Database:
- Assist filling and maintaining HR Files & databases
- Assist in updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Assist in maintaining records related to grievances and performance reviews
- Completing terminate Worksheet and assisting with exist interview
