JOB TITLE:                     Finance Manager

REPORTS TO:               Project Manager

LOCATION:                  Islamabad

Position Objective

Finance Manager will be responsible for efficient and smooth running of office operations and lead all activities pertaining to administration, finance planning and budgeting.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the financial affairs and to ensure that most efficient and effective financial control systems and reporting mechanisms are in place
2. Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
3. Ensure expenditure is correctly authorized and accounted for.
4. Ensure employee’s salaries are paid in time and proper documentation is being maintained
5. Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Job Specifications

Education: Master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline

Work Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial administration and management of large, complex projects. Experience managing donor-funded development programs will be preferred
