JOB TITLE:                     Manager Training

REPORTS TO:               Project Manager

LOCATION:                  Islamabad

 

Position Objective

The Manager Training will oversee all training activities in various districts.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and provide guidance and technical support to the supply chain officers to impart trainings
  2. Ensure development of training curriculum, presentations, agendas, pre and post tests, training evaluation forms, job aids, session wise practice exercises, attendance sheets, participants’ registration forms and other educational materials to meet the special needs of the trainings
  3. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ensure implementation of training plan as per pre-defined timelines
  4. Educate training officers with wide variety of training methods for conducting effective training/orientation sessions.
  5. Ensure quality of trainings
  6. Ensure maintenance of records related to trainings.
  7. Ensure timely development and sharing of training/post activity reports
  8. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Specifications

Education: Master’s in Public health, or procurement and supply management; other professional training certifications will be an added advantage.

Work Experience: 8 years’ in managing and delivering largescale trainings, specifically in the public health sector of Pakistan.

The individual must have experience at provincial or district levels related to LMIS system and reporting, and should also be versed in supply chain management, particularly in relation to MNCH supply chain
