Introduction:
CNFA is an international development organization dedicated to increasing rural incomes by empowering farmers and rural entrepreneurs. CNFA specializes in enterprise-based agricultural development initiatives designed to facilitate market access, enhance agribusiness competitiveness, increase productivity and improve access to inputs and credits. CNFA has a successful track record of performance in Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and has managed over $315 million in donor-funded agriculture development programs in 38 countries over the past 25 years.
Based on CNFA’s core competencies in the field of Agricultural Technologies and Value Chains and its past experience in Pakistan, CNFA has been awarded two contracts to support Pakistan Agriculture sector. Both the projects are governed by ‘Technical Cooperation Treaty’ dated February 09, 1951, as amended by ‘Pakistan Enhanced Partnership Agreement’ in 2010 between United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Brief description of the two projects is as under to support Pakistan Agriculture sector:
1) US Pakistan Agricultural Market Development Project (2015-2019)
2) Pakistan Agricultural Technology Transfer Activity (2017-2021)
CNFA desires to appoint Legal Firm/ Law Associates on retainer-ship basis to advise the company in performance of its functions and to discharge its duties in accordance with law.

Offer Deadline and Protocol:
Offers must be received no later than 5:00 pm latest by September 25, 2018 in two separate sealed envelopes titled ‘Technical Proposal’ and ‘Financial Proposal’.
