Introduction:

An international nonprofit organization that works with people around the world to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources seeks applications for the position of Administration Officer for its Hyderabad Office.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing a variety of administrative services including handling day-to-day administrative matters of the field office in Hyderabad.
  • The incumbent will be required to work flexibility, in a rapidly developing office environment. It may be necessary to assist, or cover for, other field work from time to time.
  • Keep an over watch on the provision of the office equipment and stationary for smooth running.
  • Assist in maintaining current and accurate inventory of office equipment.
  • Manage travels, transport and accommodation arrangement for Hyderabad office staff.
  • Manage repair & maintenance of office premises, equipment, etc.
  • Settlement of utility, telephone/mobile phone bills, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining disciple of the administrative staff working under the position.
  • Supervise Motor Pool and issues instructions to drivers and other support staff in the performance of their duties.
  • Ensures that log of vehicles is properly maintained by the drivers.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports of project fleet, generator, telephone & stationery, etc.
  • Make arrangement for meetings and ensures that electrical appliances, sound system, multi-media projector, etc. are in proper working condition.
  • Supervises maintenance and up-keep of office.
  • Provides support to HR such as filing employee related record, etc.

Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a closely related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration field is required.
  • Must have experience of managing and performing multiple tasks with time and stress management.
  • Ability to relate well to the public, in person and on the telephone.
  • Able to work effectively with multiple supervisors, balance and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Computer literate, well versed with MS Office.
