Louis Berger is seeking long term and short-term professionals/consultants in the Youth Workforce Development sector.

Partnership, Placement & Institutional Capacity Building Professionals: Demonstrated experience and proven track record in working with private sector, training institutes and other Technical Educations and Vocational Training (TVET) institutes, skills development organizations, women and girls’ advocacy organizations and NGOs, and youth development programs. Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting institutional due diligence and capacity building at local, provincial and national level particularly for skills training institutes preferably 5 years’ experience preferably working with USAID or other donor funded projects.

Training and Human Capacity Building Professionals: Demonstrated experience in provision of vocational training and create employment opportunities for youth in focus districts of Punjab; build the capacity of youth-serving institutions for skill training and to mobilize local communities for youth development. The ideal candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience working with USAID and or other donor-funded projects.

Human Resources Management Professionals: Responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures in coordination with senior management. Candidates with 5 years’ experience preferably working with USAID funded or other donor funded projects.

Finance & Accounting Professionals: Professional services required with background experience of working oN Pakistan’s tax filing and reporting requirements; USAID tax exemption and vetting experience. The ideal candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience working with USAID and or other donor-funded projects.

Administration & Logistics Professionals: Candidates with background experience of operations managing, logistics, reporting and background experience with roll out/ close out of projects. Candidates must have at least five (5) years of relevant experience working with USAID and or other donor-funded projects.

Other Short/Long Term Professionals: Senior and mid-level professionals with experience in Youth Development programs; potential candidates must possess background experience with community engagement and Gender, Training and Event Coordinators, Information Technology and Communications, Monitoring and Evaluations, Grants and Procurement, Administration and Logistics, Microfinance and Small Schemes/Grants professionals, Office Management and Accounting. Senior Level Candidates should have at least ten (10) years of relevant background experience with a bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Mid-Level candidates should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s/Master’s Degree. Proficiency and Fluency in English is required. Local language skills will be considered as an advantage.
