Position:                     Project Coordinator

Location:                             Lahore

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

 

  1. Develop, plan, direct/implement, and manage overall Project activities on SDG 16.6 and 16.7;
  2. Develop TORs and oversee research on SDG 16 in consultation with coalition partners
  3. Work/coordinate with coalition partners in implementing project activities
  4. Prepare social media campaigns around SDG 16.6 and 16.7
  5. Prepare, publish and ensure dissemination of IEC material for the project activities;
  6. Linkages development and coordination with relevant stakeholders for SDG 16.6 and 16.7
  7. Prepare reports of the meetings with stakeholders
  8. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for submission to donor 
  9. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

 

Knowledge

The suitable candidate will have strong background in democracy, democratic spaces, electoral processes, and SDG 16.

Job Specification

 

Qualification:           Master’s

Experience:              5 years’ experience in NGOs

Skills:

  1. Knowledge and background in democracy, electoral processes and SDG 16
  2. Communication Skills (Advanced both in Urdu and English)
  3. Technical Report Writing
  4. Research Reports
  5. Others (Self-driven, results-oriented, planner, mature, comfortable to visit within and outside the country, reliable, tolerant, determined, empathic, flexible, accountable, and team-player.
