REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree / equivalent in social sciences.

  • 2 years' secretarial experience. Experience in protection related activities in humanitarian sector would be an asset.

  • Proven professional experience relevant to the job.

  • Fluent command of English and Urdu. Additional languages would be an asset.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to contribute in the organisation of video/phone call program; mainly by planning/organizing weekly calls, arrangement of travel/accommodation for families, reporting feedback/issues and registering new requests.

  • To assist other colleagues with planning and organization of (video Tele Conference) VTCs and also assist them in arranging travel and accommodation accordingly.

  • Carry out internal and external follow up of individual requests received.

  • Responsible for written and oral communication/correspondence related to individual cases with all stakeholders.

  • Responsible to ensure proper management & processing of information on various tools/databases (Oscar, team space, logbooks, contact database etc.)

  • Liasioning  with communication department on production of (Restoring Family Links) RFL communication and promotion material & carry out its translations

  • Responsible to ensure proper file management and record keeping of all departmental files.

  • Execute office work (documentation, filing, photocopying, meetings, drafting procedures etc.)
