REQUIREMENTS:
University degree / equivalent in social sciences.
2 years' secretarial experience. Experience in protection related activities in humanitarian sector would be an asset.
Proven professional experience relevant to the job.
Fluent command of English and Urdu. Additional languages would be an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to contribute in the organisation of video/phone call program; mainly by planning/organizing weekly calls, arrangement of travel/accommodation for families, reporting feedback/issues and registering new requests.
To assist other colleagues with planning and organization of (video Tele Conference) VTCs and also assist them in arranging travel and accommodation accordingly.
Carry out internal and external follow up of individual requests received.
Responsible for written and oral communication/correspondence related to individual cases with all stakeholders.
Responsible to ensure proper management & processing of information on various tools/databases (Oscar, team space, logbooks, contact database etc.)
Liasioning with communication department on production of (Restoring Family Links) RFL communication and promotion material & carry out its translations
Responsible to ensure proper file management and record keeping of all departmental files.
Execute office work (documentation, filing, photocopying, meetings, drafting procedures etc.)
