Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Senior Manager – Strategy Consulting, you will build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, identify & develop team as well as maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will report to a Regional Director and work independently to develop and oversee market, client and pursuit plans that achieve sustained, long-term net revenue growth.

Key responsibilities of the position will include but not limited to:

• Strategize, position and enhance strategy consulting services;
• Develop branding and marketing strategy and execute plans to achieve strategic objectives;
• Proactively develop prospect for new projects/clients through enhancing client awareness;
• Build pipeline of new business opportunities in line with corporate targets
• Regularly interact with existing and potential clients by leveraging your network;
• Leveraging on knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;
• Identify relevant resources and build teams of high caliber;
• End to end management of the biding process as well as supervision of project delivery;
• Prepare annual and multiannual plans, budgets and manage P&L;
• Periodic reporting of progress to the management

Expertise:

• Development of Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Maps, Alignment and Cascading is preferred;

• Facilitate and coordinating the multi-disciplinary teams in identifying strategic objectives, strategic measures (KPIs) and strategic initiatives etc.;
• Familiar and/or experience in ONE of the business intelligence software is desirable i.e. Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, SAP Strategy Manager, Cognos or equivalent.

Eligibility:

• Overall experience of 8 years with minimum 2 years in lead role as Technical Expert / Business Development / Project Management or relevant position.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant management area from a reputable institution.
• Be able to effectively deal with C-level interaction.
• Preferably have three years or more experience in managing P&L
• Must possess experience of working with reputable organizations in a similar role
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and possesses high ethics and integrity
• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
• A team player with capability to develop and maintain client relationshipa at all levels
