Job Purpose:  To function as the Operations Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all in-coming and outgoing correspondence with government and other partner agencies, including independently drafting responses and taking the initiative to develop a tracking log
  • Maintain a database of all partners and stakeholders for the Foundation in Pakistan including for each of its programs, and keep it updated in collaboration with program teams and other resources
  • Manage the schedule of the Senior Management, and provide background material on important meeting requests
  • Organize and maintain all Foundation briefing material and keep it updated with input from relevant teams
  • Coordinate staff movements to support the staff security and safety systems
  • Ensure professional reception of visitors and callers
  • Handle CR house matters or coordinate with relevant department in the organization.
  • Minute senior level meetings and workshops if required and follow up on open tasks with relevant people
  • Coordinate and update Program’s Calendar of Events.

Requirements:  A graduate degree from a reputed and accredited university and minimum 10 years’ experience as an executive assistant, preferably with an international development organization.  Minimum requirements can be flexible in case of exceptional candidates. Preference will be given to applicants that have experience in working with senior executives/directors.  High level mastery of English language and communication skills and familiarity and advanced computer skills are essential.

Salary will be commensurate with experience & qualification
