Educational Qualification                                                   

Agribusiness, Value Chain Management, Horticultural Export Management from a well reputed National /International University recognized by HEC). Certified PMP or PRINCE-II Practioner. Strong knowledge of agriculture clusters, area and rural economy is essential.

Relevant Experience

At least 15 Years of professional experience related to;

Specific Experience Required

• Leader in programme and project cycle management, with comprehensive experience of procurement management under PPRA rules;
• Hands-on experience in PRINCE-II/PMP or Project Management Tools, experience in work package development, team management and team development;
• Advance training in financial management and auditing with hands-on experience in dealing with complex financial procedures in public sector;
• Experience in managing large projects as project leader, dealing with HR and functional management issues;
• Agribusiness and value chain related development Projects for Horticulture in Punjab (at least 5 projects);
• Horticulture Sector  related Development Projects (minimum 5 projects);
• Experience of Leading Horticulture Sector Development Project (> 3Mllion USD) as team leader in last five years;
• International Experience of working on development project/assignment related to Horticulture Sector (minimum two projects);
• Experience in value chain development will be a plus point;
• Proven experience of working with private sector firms will be essentially desired.
