Position Objectives:

To deliver lectures at undergraduate level as per the syllabus requirements, evaluate and assess the students, planning & scheduling the routine tests and schedules, contributing to students’ recruitment & counseling, marketing the institution and act as course leader.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

  • Asses & Evaluate the educational needs of the individual students and progress of the class in the curriculum.
  • Planning, delivering and evaluating teaching programs
  • Follow universal precautions and deliver effective individualized education method to the students.
  • Ensuring Absolute discipline and observation of rules
  • Periodically monitoring  and assessments of students
  • Organize educational programs, preparing annual reports.
  • Preparing and ensuring an appropriately balanced timetable as per requirements
  • Represent NASC at local management meetings.
  • Appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods. Set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.
  • Contributing to student recruitment, Marketing the institution, Act as programme leader/course leader/module leader.
    • Any other duty assigned by the PRCS Senior Management.

Duties applicable to all staff

  • Actively work towards the achievement of the PRCS goals.
  • Abide by and work in accordance with Red Cross and Red Crescent principles.
  • Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the PRCS Management.

Education

MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 03 years post qualification teaching experience in reputed institution.
  • Additional post graduate qualification will be given preference.
  • Preference will be given to Lady Doctor having teaching experience.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Sufficient knowledge to teach at Inter and bachelor levels Medical students. Must have effective written and oral communication skills. Interpersonal skills to lead, guide and control the class of students. 
  • Fluency in spoken and written English & Urdu
  • Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long term objectives
  • Good Command over the Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Travelling

  • Occasionally required

Age Limit

  • 45 Years
