JOB DESCRIPTION
A Korean Construction Company having its Branch Office, in Islamabad is looking for the following:
The Finance/Admin Assistant will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the administration and financial standing of our companies.
Responsibilities:
- To look after the office administration in an effective way & manage day to day administration at branch office.
- Maintain banking relationships;
- To properly enter data in quick books and prepare vouchers.
- Taking responsibility and correctly carrying the tasks assigned.
- Assist in Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities including tax returns etc.
- Assist in arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
- Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required;
- Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed;
- Arranging reports to complete tax filings and to liaison with consultants.
- Preparation and disbursement of salaries.
- Provide tax related updates and information to management for any new upcoming projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- ACCA/ Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 2 years of relevant experience in reputable firm/organization.
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard accounting software packages
- Must have Strong verbal and written communications skills in English. Fluency in English is a must.
