JOB DESCRIPTION

A Korean Construction Company having its Branch Office, in Islamabad is looking for the following:

The Finance/Admin Assistant will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the administration and financial standing of our companies.

Responsibilities:

  1. To look after the office administration in an effective way & manage day to day administration at branch office.
  2. Maintain banking relationships;
  3. To properly enter data in quick books and prepare vouchers.
  4. Taking responsibility and correctly carrying the tasks assigned.
  5. Assist in Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities including tax returns etc.
  6. Assist in arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
  7. Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required;
  8. Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed;
  9. Arranging reports to complete tax filings and to liaison with consultants.
  10. Preparation and disbursement of salaries.
  11. Provide tax related updates and information to management for any new upcoming projects.

    Desired Qualifications:
  • ACCA/ Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in reputable firm/organization.
  • Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard accounting software packages
  • Must have Strong verbal and written communications skills in English. Fluency in English is a must.
