POST: Assistant Manager (Digital Platforms)

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering Administration with similar bachelor degree in CS, IT, Engineering Administration recognized by PEC or a foreign degree.
• Experience in planning, design, launch and successful adoptions of smart phone Apps or digital platform.

EXPERIENCE:
• Min 5 years post qualification experiencein teams working on startup policies, regulatory frameworks, E-Commerce, strategic planning and implementation, process improvement, metrics reporting, SDLC and consultation.
• Good understanding of ideology and concept of aligning the Digital strategic goals and project portfolios with company vision.
• Able to propose new IT based initiatives such as e-governance, e-agriculture, e-health and citizen services.
• Able to provide ample technical support to management on ongoing projects.
• Able to understand project dynamics and may review project performance against SLAs
• Manage relationships with third party digital delivery partners, focusing on performance management against agreed SLA's and KPI's

JOB DESCRIPTION;
• To provide assistance in planning, designing and implementation of digitalprojects
• To ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and autonomous bodies.
• To conduct on demand R&D work related to software applications with management.
• To provide strategic support in effective resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
• To assess and understand the direction of the overall digital strategy adopted by the management.
• Responsible for working with IT to coordinate requests for estimation and resourcing for projects which are linked to/impact digital.
• Work with the digital team in coordinating and managing the annual digital team's delivery calendar, Roadmap and OGSM.
• Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of digital projects.
• Develop on-going plans for delivery activities in conjunction with the digital team and manage any allocated resources to ensure that the team delivers to committed tasks.
