POSITION TITLE: 

Senior Program Manager

Employee Status: Permanent

DEPARTMENT & DIVISION: Primary Care Program, Global Health Directorate

REPORT TO: Director – Primary Care Program 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Program Managerwill be responsible for the overall management of the key set of interventions and programs assigned to the Primary Care Program.

TASKS &ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Oversee the implementation of the key programmatic components of the Primary Care Program in Pakistan
  2. Liaise with all departments of GHD and TIH-IHN
  3. Liaise with public and private hospital leadership, donors and all other stakeholders.
  4. Report weekly updates to Project Director
  5. Prepare quarterly updates for the donor
  6. Ensure the quality and integrity of team members and field work through trainingand monitoring
  7. Conduct routine site visitsto cover all intervention sites each quarter
  8. Provide input into the conceptual direction of the primary care program, including contributions to writing appropriate grant applications.
  9. Identify funding opportunities for PCP research and activities
  10. Work with the team to synthesize work plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple sites

Academic Qualification:

  1. Masters in Science/ MPH

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years prior work experience required with 3 years in a similar role preferred
