Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent
4 year’s professional experience in a similar function
Very good command of written and spoken English
Very good computer skills & strong networking capabilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to travel within Pakistan
Responsibilities:
Welcomes, greets and accompanies all ICRC international travellers on arrival and departure in a timely manner
Proceeds check-in, immigration in & out, luggage collection and all airport formalities for international travellers
Keep follow up on travel plans, communicates with relevant departments and recommends modification when required (when flights are delayed or cancelled)
Knows and applies ICRC rules and procedures related to movements of staff (luggage allowance, ticketing etc.)
Establishes and maintains a network of interlocutors at the Airport (Rawal lounge staff, authorities, and airlines etc) to facilitate the transit of passengers and their luggage
Keeps a follow up of lost luggage, fills out forms with the help of passenger & follows with airline
Assist restricted nationalities for police registration
