JOB PURPOSE: To Mobilize the employable skill trainings among the potential women in Lahore region

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Establish initial contact with community for introduction of the project.
  • Collect necessary baseline information about the target community and area.
  • To identify potential leaders and/or organizers within the target community.
  • To motivate and encourage potential community leaders to advocate and promote the project in their community and ensure their participation.
  • Ensure timely support to the training and placement staff; in the field for smooth implementation of the project activities.
  • Mobilize and build capacity of the target community.
  • Conduct Social surveys as and when required or asked by the management.
  • Liaison with partner organizations like UNHCR, CCAR, SAFRON, IOM, Afghan Embassy.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
  • To deal with the community as a front-line contact and provide full support to the training, placement and admin staff for smooth implementation of the project activities.
  • Maintain and up-date all record at office level.
  • To assist community members to identify needs and to generate solutions identifying priority issues and to analyse their problems and guide for resource mobilization.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Candidate should be a graduate.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience of in social/community mobilization.
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Candidate should be goal driven & persuasiveness
  • Command on MS office
