Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the boiler engineer, Boiler Operator is responsible for appropriate boiler functioning as per safety standard and
timely availability of this utility to the plant for production start up & continuity. He should keep records of process parameters
& maintenance. Should monitor, adjust & maintain different parameter of boiler according to required quality ,Hygiene & Safety.
He should ensure implementation of departmental startegies and policies. The Job is operation cum technical in nature with
emphasis on the boiler operation and maintenance as per safety standards and coordination with maintennace staff during
boiler maintenance. It also demands good ability to have vigorous eye on utilities processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
In which the job must deliver in order to successfully meet its purpose.
- To Check and record parameter of boiler for accurate functioning
- To analyze hardness and level of water as per standard requirements of boiler
- To ensure PH of water is according to standard
- To do inspection of boiler before operating it and during its operation and maintain general cleaniness
- To check feed water pump for proper functioning of boiler
- To maintain personal and surrounding hugiene and follow good house keeping
- To take proper care and utilization of equipment under use

- Experience in same role in any process industry or FMCG company or Boiler Operation
