Job Description:

  • Manage all accounting operations including Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Day to day support for the running of the Finance Department.
  • Ensure that adequate financial management routines and systems are in place, and that accounting practices and standards are adhered to, timely and in accordance with quality and policy requirements from auditors and authorities.
  • Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and liaison with external auditors and financial institution.
  • Provide up-to-date analysis and required reports of the financial situation in the projects and the programme to the CFO.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Maintain a particular responsibility towards transparency, accountability and ensuring quality control within finance.
  • Contribute to capacity building and sharing of knowledge within finance department.
  • Ensure support and input financial information on project proposal and reports.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer in the overall budget control and monitor cash flows and expenditures.
