Relevant Experience:

  • At least 10 years’ experience of similar position/Survey Team Lead in National or International Organizations.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software’s (MS Word, MS Excel) is must
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills in English, Urdu as well as local languages is required.
  • Familiar with field surveys and data collection techniques and analysis
  • Preference will be given to the locals or individuals having experience working in the project area
  • Include residential address while applying to the job

 Job Description:

  • To ensure that all project’s activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • To ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • To develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • To use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • To report and escalate to management as needed.
  • To manage the relationship with the organization and donor.
  • To perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • To monitor project deliverables and timelines, notify Management when issue arise, and take corrective actions, as needed.
  • To organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including devising of agendas and ensuring the availability of necessary materials.
  • To actively manage project reports, finances and personnel to ensure scheme reports are delivered within time & budget.
  • To document activities and develop feedback report to communicate project findings, lessons learnt and activities.
  • Conduct trainings for Field Supervisors and Data Collectors.
  • To attend donor’s meetings and making project presentations as and when required
  • To operate within organizational policies and practices.
  • To be responsible for administration, including paperwork and filing.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
