Job Description:
1. Working with other specialist of the Value Chain Technical Assistance Team (VCTAT), develop complete training & capacity building plan for the project period.
2. In consultation with other specialists of the VCTAT team, develop manuals/modules for training and capacity building of chain actors.
3. To design, organize and package the contents of training sessions and training materials.
4. To design and implement TOT programs for capacity building of the field teams.
5. In consultation with other specialists of the VCTAT team, design and develop various training / extension bulletins, promotional brochures and other materials for use at field level and national/international marketing events.
6. To guide, supervise and monitor training and capacity building activities in the field for ensuring the required learning objectives and outputs in terms of target acreage under GAP.
7. Any other task directly related to scope of work for the assignment under capacity building component not identified earlier.
Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. (Agriculture Extension, HRM or any other related field)
