Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors’ Degree preferably in Computer Science
1 years of relevant work experience with reputed firm/organization
Job Description:
. Maintain/record patient data on daily basis on Management Information System and on manual registers.
· Prepare & share monthly report on patient data with NACP
· Maintenance of data base of beneficiaries in MIS
· Update MIS data on the basis of daily consultation.
· Prepare demand & consumption of ARV’s
· Prepare monthly report
· Responsible for operating and managing the ART MIS by daily uploading the data entries
· Converts hard copies of all the documents, forms and records into soft copies
· Ensure up-to-date electronic record keeping and verification of manual data
· Update all modules of ART MIS(Registration, Treatment, LMIS, Pre-ART & ART) on daily basis
· Finalize monthly consumption and monthly demand of ARVs with support of Nurse
