Job Description:

  1. Process all Cash and card transactions for OPD/IPD patients.
  2. Provide assistance to the front desk in handling patient admissions and provision of information to patients, families and visitors.
  3. Assist receptionist with patient coordination; schedule follow-up visits and answer calls/books appointments as necessary.
  4. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data.
  5. Attend all Patients report to the concerned.
  6. Give information regarding the charging of services provided to the patient.
  7. Attend Patient for procedure, guides them and gives requisition form to concern room.
  8. Give reports to patients.
  9. Any work assign by HOD
  10. Receiving incoming phone calls and assisting patient/customers with appropriate directions and information.
  11. To represent SKMS with excellent customer service.
  12. Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
  13. Handles complaints efficiently and politely.
  14. Check patient prescription for follow up appointment after consultation
  15. Assist various departments with special projects as needed
  16. To be aware of SKMS services and packages.
  17. Cash reconciliation at end of shift.
  18. General cleaning of reception area and when necessary.
  19. Preparation of Registration form customer forms and record keeping.
  20. To undertake such other duties as are consistent with the post or as may be delegated by Manager.
  21. Complete Knowledge of hospital building and safety procedures.
