JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent would be responsible to lead, plan, execute, monitor and coordinate all activities of Skills Development Training at HF Project Office Peshawar, and responsible to achieve the set targets. He/she independently assists trainers, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing quality training of the youth and adult registered under regular and project funds.

Main Responsibilities

- Closely coordinate with PC Hotel Management and HR team to get maximum support for the implementation of HF Skill Development Program in Peshawar.

- Ensure to follow the norms and rules of PCH Peshawar and extend cooperation in day to day activities of training department of PCHP.

- Comprehend training objectives, develop training implementation plans and execute them within time and rescues.

- Ensure the proper implementation of the policies, procedures and standards for HF Skills Development Program.

- Conduct meeting with project team, develop action plans, manage follow ups and disseminate information to related stakeholders. 

- Ensure development of daily, weekly and monthly work plans for training administration and training technical parts.

- Facilitate and guide the trainers to arrange parental / guardians’ meetings and maintain its proper documentation and follow ups of action points

- Develop questionnaires/forms and format for regular data collection aimed at efficient monitoring and effective implementation of projects and programs in coordination with other        departments of HF

- Ensure to keep up-to-date data and information of training in HF MIS and share with M&E.

- Ensure the availability of up-to-date office files & learning resource and documentation as per the approved minimum documentation requirement.

- Submit timely reports including weekly update, monthly, quarterly and annual – both qualitative & quantitative & need based.

- Facilitate monitoring, evaluation & research activities.

- Follow up with linkages & networks with other stakeholders

- Ensure the discipline in training and facilitate all the trainees.

- Ensure to collect fee from regular trainees and coordinate with ROR Finance lead to maintain accurate accounting.

- Take lead to Marketing & Mobilization activities in Peshawar.

- Any other task assigns by HF Management.

Required Qualification and Experience

v Candidate should be a business graduate preferably MBA-HR from any recognized university.

v Minimum two years’ experience of managing and conducting training.

v Knowledge of vocational skills.

v Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

v Good verbal and written communication in English.

v Command on MS office.
