Relevant Experience:

  • Working experience of 1-2 years in report writing, research, assisting survey/FGD designing preferably in development sector
  • Preferable experience using computer software such as word processor, statistical analysis (SPSS, PowerPoint, Access, Excel or any other software beneficial for producing survey reports)
  • Excellent editing, writing and proofreading skills in English and Urdu and ability to adapt to different writing styles 
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative survey methods.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to donors/ implementing partners
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment


  • Preferably Master in Social Sciences

Job Description:

  • Keeping check on the maintaining and filing of grant forms received from OTI-USAID on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the Survey Expert in review of survey questionnaires prepared for a particular grant.
  • Keep track of records concerning the monthly activity plan and any modifications/revisions that are received thereafter.
  • Facilitate survey expert in final evaluation report writing by cleaning the data, taking notes from the FVRs and preparing draft observation/evaluation report.
  • Preparation of draft questionnaire for unstructured interview.
  • Regular updating of all information online
  • Preparation of graphs, charts, and tables for Evaluation Reports and other documents prepared under PERSI activities
  • Assistance in preparation of notes, concept notes, information briefs, and/or other supporting documentation that may be required for each grant and requested by the Survey Expert.
  • Any other professional task assigned by the Coordinator/Survey Expert and Team Leader.
