Program Description

PERSI supports small scale activities in Punjab and Sindh by providing grants to undertake programming. The activities are designed to support organizations, including Governmental entities, local organizations and community groups, to implement peace building and community development activities.

Overview

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team in Lahore. This position reports to the HR Officer, Lahore.

 

Scope of Work

 

  • Support the project’s human resources department in coordination with the HR manual.
  • Support Human Resources Officer and Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain HR Files with necessary documents.
  • Monitor daily attendance and keep record.
  • Provide assistance in Time Sheet tracking and processing.
  • Provide assistance in processing of leave application forms/TAMIS.
  • Provide assistance in processing health claims and follow ups.
  • Update leave balance on TAMIS.
  • Weekly maintain trackers i.e. leave tracker, health tracker.
  • Assist HR Officer/Manager in conducting interview.
  • Collect and dispatched new hire documents e.g. Copy of CNIC, photographs, duly signed contract, disclosure of relationship form, bank account details, health insurance details.
  • Provide assistance in maintain personnel files.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in relevant field. 

Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in related role required.

Relevant experience working on USAID contract in a related role highly preferred.

Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

English language fluency required.
