Project Background:
The PATTA project is funded through USAID has been awarded to CNFA since April 2017 to increase smallholder farmers’ access to markets, alongside their overall development impact and cost-effectiveness. PATTA is making the business case for sustained private-sector investments in agricultural technology transfer, adaptations, outreach, and marketing such that profitable, inclusive output marketing opportunities for smallholders over the long term can be identified. PATTA is supporting the collective work of supply- and demand-side partners to launch and sustain activities that provide evidence of the value of improved technologies to change farmers attitude through behavior change. These include the promotion of activities with a proven record of success, such as field days, demo plots, and peer-to-peer education by lead farmers.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by CNFA in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
Offers must be received no later than 5 pm local Pakistan time on November 14, 2017 by electronic copy to [email protected] with the RFQ No. PATTA-02 Health & Life Insurance in the subject line. Electronic copy must be stamped and signed by the offeror’s authorized representative. Please reference the RFQ number (PATTA-02) in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of CNFA.
