Job Description:

  1. Receiving incoming phone calls and assisting patient/customers with appropriate directions and information.
  2. Ensure patient’s satisfaction.
  3. Attend all Patients report to the concerned.
  4. Give information regarding the charging of services provided to the patient.
  5. Give appointment and explain instruction.
  6. Attend Patient for procedure, guides them and gives requisition form to concern room.
  7. Give reports to patients.
  8. Sign out films on patient demand.
  9. Attend telephone call and give proper response.
  10. General cleaning of equipment.
  11. To be aware of SKMS services and packages.
  12. Any work assign by HOD
  13. Responds General Paging as per requirement to ensure timely delivery of messages.
  14. Handles and take over as shift changes to ensure proper functioning.
  15. Documents Essential Calls, Fax and Paging to maintain record.
  16. Informs Management or any Senior Official in case of any Emergency to ensure communication.
  17. Handle incoming & out going postage while ensuring timely delivery.
