Oxford Policy Management (OPM) is looking for qualified individuals to provide support services on a project for an international organization, in Pakistan. The project will provide a range of services including but not limited to provision of administrative, financial, procurement and logistical support.

The following position is being sought to be filled:
The Administrative Assistant provides specific support to the Project Manager, the Project Procurement Coordinator and the Financial Officer and general support to the Project Personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative services, including but not limited to document production and binding, translation and interpretation services;
- Providing logistical services such as arranging vehicle rental, travel arrangements, event and mission planning and management, etc., as required;
- Ensuring proper maintenance of the record keeping and filing system of the project;
- Providing advice on obtaining permanent accommodation, utilities, security, permits and other official documents;
- Ensure the administration of the roster of Technical Specialists;
- Manage the meeting calendar for the Project Personnel and Technical Specialists;
- Manage accommodation reservations, rooms reservation and other logistics needs;
- Greet visitors and clients;
- Maintain an information management system for all electronic and paper information of the Project;
- Provide clerical financial assistance; and,
- Provide any other related services, as required.
Education:
Relevant degree from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Relevant experience of 2 or more years
