Master Trainer (Tunnel Farming)

Relevant Experience:

Having MSc (Hons) in Horticulture or Agronomy from HEC recongnized university. At leat 2-3 years experience in Tunnel Vegetable Production and Farm manager.

Contract Duration: 6 Months 

Job Description:

• Design and implement training on  Farm manager/tunnel farming  topics
• Develop weekly session plans and training schedule as per agreed timeframe with donor
• Conduct training sessions  for capacity building of 25 participants related to Farm manager/tunnel farming in CABI CWA centre as agreed with the donor
• Develop training reading communication materials on training modules proposed for Farm manager/tunnel farming
• Prepare and develop weekly workplans and progress reports
• Ensure that training program runs in accordance with the timeline and schedulle proposed to donor
• Record the project activities (notes, photos, videos, and others) and organize them systematically
• Assist in donor monitoring team in quality assurnce and monitoring of the training program
• Coordinate with project manager for reporting and smooth project activities implementation
• Supervise data entry operator for data uploading of candidates and assessment reports sharing with donor in timely manners
• Develop a comprehensive report at the completion of the training project
• Ability to work constructively with others
• Must be reliable and well organized with attention to imperative detail;
• Proven ability to work under stress and under tight timelines;
