Purpose of the Job: 

Responsible for planning and scheduling production, preparing material requirements plans, scheduling and monitoring direct material stocks

Key Responsibilities & Duties: In which the job must deliver in order to successfully meet its purpose. 

  1. Plans and schedules production according to the Sales/Corporate Planning's requirements
  2. Plans and raises PRs through Raw & Packaging Material Store for procurement of raw materials and packing materials (local and imported) as per sales forecast
  3. Continuously monitor inventory to ensure optimum stock levels and minimizing the risks associated with high/low inventory.
  4. Monitor and track progress of production and review factors that affect schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Preparing long term material forecasts of critical materials and sharing with vendors through Procurement for effective supply planning 
  6. Work in close liaison with Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchase, Milk Procurement, Warehouse and Quality Assurance departments to ensure timely execution of plans.
  7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly planning reports.
