Security Control Room Supervisor

The Security Control Room Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the operational functions of the Security Control Room to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable environment within Head Office. He/She will be responsible for ensuring a high level of effective operational working of All Systems fall under the domain of Security such as Security Control Room, CCTV, and Access Control etc.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·        Delivery of Exceptional Service.

 

·        Observe and monitor persons on premises using CCTV camera system, respond to person behaving suspiciously or unlawfully and report security breaches.

 

·        Maintain Security Control Room.

 

·        Maintain CCTV System.

 

·        Maintain Access Control System.

 

·        Monitoring and coordinating during emergencies.

 

·        Acknowledge, respond and record all alarms within appropriate time frame.

 

·        Actively participate in health and safety activities to ensure that workplace hazards are minimized and the health and safety of all employees is valued.

 

·        Provides assistance and information to security operations.

 

·        Perform Other Duties as Directed by Security Head and above.

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Academic Qualification level must be at least DAE in Computer Technology or above from an HSSC recognized institution.

 

·        Minimum work experience 3 to 4 Years.

 

·        Experience at Security Control Rooms, CCTV & Access Control Systems is essential.

 

·        Experience in reputable enterprises operations preferred.

 

·        Sound knowledge of CCTV, security access control systems.

 

·        High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English.

 

·        Highly proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office products and database applications, e-mail and internet.

 

·        Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

 

·        Experience in identifying, responding and reducing incident.

 

·        Verbal and written English is essential.

 

·        Displays a high commitment delivering and improving services.

 

·        Has a strong work ethic.

 

·        High level of integrity and professionalism.

 

·        Experience with RFID Cards Applications favorable.

 

·        Demonstrates advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

 

·        Demonstrated teamwork.
